Subscription Terms

Each subscription is tied to one IP address and one device at a time unless a multi-device plan is purchased. Sharing login credentials with third parties outside your household is not permitted and may result in service termination without refund.

Payment

Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We send a WhatsApp reminder before expiry to allow renewal without service interruption.

Refund Policy

A free 24-hour trial is available before purchase. Given the digital nature of the service, refunds are not available after credential delivery except where a service fault on our end is verified.

Acceptable Use

Subscribers are responsible for their own use of the service in compliance with applicable local laws. Commercial redistribution of subscription credentials is strictly prohibited.
